Gartner Names HAI a Cool Vendor for Manufacturing Operations
SAP-based Cloud software for Manufacturing Intelligence recognized as Innovative
The Netherlands – HAI, the leading provider of real-time enterprise manufacturing intelligence software, today announced that it has been named a Cool Vendor in Gartner’s recent report: “Cool Vendors in Manufacturing Operations”, by Simon F. Jacobson and Rick Franzosa. HAI*QPM fills an ever-present information access gap between standard enterprise systems and heterogeneous plant applications by blending automated data capture with manual data entry to eliminate paper-based processes and make production and quality data visible and, therefore, useful.
Innovative, Impactful and Intriguing
Vendors selected for the “Cool Vendor” report are innovative, impactful and intriguing. This year’s Cool Vendors report highlights amongst others providers that help manufacturers improve the visibility and analysis of manufacturing performance. The report states that manufacturers must be able to digitally access and manage increasingly large volumes and varieties of manufacturing data. In addition, the pervasive nature of cloud computing continues in manufacturing operations. This year’s Cool Vendors are evidence that these solutions can be delivered with SaaS pricing models.
“We believe this recognition further underscores what we already hear from our customers” said Peter de Haer, CEO of HAI. “They enjoy the ease of implementation and roll-out of HAI*QPM in the Cloud, while benefitting from its SAP-based technology. HAI*QPM dramatically improves the availability of plant and quality information, which enables better quality control and plant performance optimization.”
HAI in The Netherlands (www.hai.nl) is the owner of the HAI*QPM Cloud software, available around the globe in the Fujitsu Cloud and locally supported in more than 20 countries worldwide. HAI*QPM is an Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence (EMI) solution to help batch manufacturing companies accelerate operational performance initiatives, drive operating strategies and capture actionable insight in production & quality compliance.
