Actemium acts successfully with HAI software in the Food & Paper Industry
Actemium Netherlands, industrial service provider, has entered into a partnership with software supplier HAI smart4industries in The Netherlands. HAI develops software for the digital factory, including reporting and analysis of factory and quality information.
Actemium implements the HAI software at Food & Paper factories and provides complementary services.
It all starts with the digitization of factory information, and extends further to integration of other data sources in the factory.
This results in dashboard reporting for daily operations and data analysis for optimization of production processes and quality improvement.

Accelerated factory digitization

Attractive solution
Actemium has a lot of experience in implementing software at factories. Besides developing process control systems for production lines, Actemium implements software in the MES/MOMS domain. This mainly concerns the handling of production orders and monitoring the performance of production lines. They are the industrial experts in the field of digital transformation. “The HAI software proves to be an attractive additional solution in this domain,” says Michel Dekkers, Client Manager at Actemium. “It provides input screens to record operator tests and observations, and a multitude of real-time dashboards focussed on quality, process monitoring, and data analysis. Easy implementations, quick wins, and eventually managed, maintained and expanded by key users and IT support at the factory. We see that companies find the latter increasingly important”.
Boosting implementation capacity
Most HAI customers already have an existing relationship with Actemium for other industrial services. In the past, for example, both Actemium and HAI cooperated in projects to connect factory information from MES and plant historians to the HAI software. The companies now intensify this cooperation. The first HAI projects in which Actemium is involved are already underway, among others at a leading Dutch dairy manufacturer. The Plant Director there is happy with the cooperation. His reaction: “Both Actemium and HAI have been involved in our operations before. Thanks to this cooperation we are now served even better in many ways”.
Other HAI customers are particularly pleased with the increased capacity to roll out projects internationally. Sometimes, the level of ambition is high, both in terms of pace and results. Then the ability to scale up rapidly is essential.
