HAI and Simmental Switzerland co-operate to create a digital factory for the Swiss cheese factory in Simmental.
Here, tradition and technology go hand in hand.
For the advanced HAI cloud technology supports the production of traditional tasteful Swiss mountain cheese.
Simmental will start testing the new HAI-software as from November 2021.
Going Digital
Operators in the cheese factory will no longer work with paper-based records for production and quality control. Instead, they will use digital records and dashboards to monitor production and quality compliance.
This will help the factory team to make data-driven improvements, supported by analytics, trending and reports on production and quality.
