New NIS2 regulations: HAI is ready
Do you already comply with the new NIS2 Cybersecurity regulations?
The HAI Cloud Platform for Industry is ready!
The new NIS2 security legislation has major consequences for manufacturers in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Manufacturers who use the HAI Cloud Platform to access their factory data can rest assured. NIS2 is based on privacy legislation for individuals and this is already guaranteed for HAI thanks to the ISO27001 certification. The HAI Cloud Platform is therefore already ready for the new NIS2 rules.
The new NIS2 regulations were initially scheduled to come into effect in October 2024, but translating the NIS2 guideline into the Cybersecurity Act is taking more time than expected. The Cyber Security Act (Cbw) is expected to come into effect in the third quarter of 2025.
First, the Dutch Senate and House of Representatives must discuss the Cybersecurity Act. From that moment on, organizations that fall under the NIS2 guideline must comply with the duty of care and reporting obligation.
In addition to ISO27001, the HAI Cloud Platform is also certified for NEN7510. The data centers meet the standards for ISO27001, NEN7510, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISAE 3402 type 2 and ISAE 3000.
