Simmental Switzerland® – authentic Swiss cheese from the heart of the Bernese Oberland
In the middle of the Swiss Alps, the company set out to produce something very special in 2019: the Simmental Switzerland® cheeses, timelessly good and made by a uniquely sustainable process. This is how they succeed in producing tasteful and original cheeses: with milk from predominantly grass-fed cows, through the loving handiwork of their local farmers, with the savoir faire of their master cheesemakers and of course matured in the Simmentaler cellars.
